As of June 30th, 2022 Agro Finance AD is in possession of quality agricultural land with a total area of 13 792 hectares. The funds invested by the Company stand at EUR 22.411 million. The average acquisition price per hectare (all costs included) is EUR 1624.99.

- Very good lands - with bonitet* over 80 points - I and II category
- Good lands - with bonitet from 60 to 80 points - III and IV category
- Average lands - with bonitet from 40 to 60 points - V and VI category
- Bad lands - with bonitet from 20 to 40 points - VII and VIII category
- Unfit lands - with bonitet from 0 to 20 points - IX and X category
- Forestry fund
* Bonitet is an indicator of the productivity of a plant. Most highly productive are the plants from I bonitet and most low productive are from V bonitet
